Refunds & Returns

To get a refund, you’ll need to contact us and inform us of your cancellation/return. Attached to your order confirmation is the CCS sheet. please print this off and return with your unwanted items within 28 days of the delivery date. All returns must be received within 28 days of the date of order. No returns are accepted without a CCS sheet and telephone confirmation.

Delivery

Orders for replacement/additional keys are sent via Royal Mail 'Special Delivery.' All other orders are sent sent via our courier partner TNT. For further information, please visit our partner courier's website - TNT Policy
